At Jewelic, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website, www.jewelic.com.

1. Shipping Destinations

Jewelic currently ships orders within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

a. Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

b. Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders above 599 INR.

c. Cash on Delivery:

  • We charge 40 INR additional for Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Delivery Timeframes

a. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Estimated delivery times will be calculated according to the delivery location. 

b. Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Order Tracking

a. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. You can track the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided.

b. Tracking Availability:

  • Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update after the order has been dispatched. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.

5. Delivery Process

a. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

b. Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Jewelic is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

c. Proof of Delivery:

  • Our delivery partners may require a signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf.

6. Undelivered Orders

a. Returned Orders:

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

b. Lost or Damaged Orders:

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
